No. karwaanlive is built for independent artists. You don't need a label, a manager, or any existing distribution deal. You just need to own your master recordings.

Any original music where you hold the master rights — songs, instrumentals, background scores, folk recordings, regional language tracks, and more. If you made it and you own it, you can pitch it.

No. Submitting a pitch to karwaanlive does not transfer any rights to us or to any brand. You retain full copyright at all times. A deal is only created if you explicitly accept a brand's offer.

Most artists complete it in 5–8 minutes. You'll provide song details, upload your files, write a short pitch note, choose optional distribution platforms, confirm your IP checklist, and review before submitting.

Yes. Unless you have already agreed an exclusive deal on a track, you are free to pitch it to as many open briefs as you like.

Your pitch enters our marketplace. Brands browsing by genre, mood, and location can discover it and send you an IP offer. If you selected assisted routing, our team will also evaluate it and pitch it to relevant brand partners within 5 business days.

You'll receive a push notification in the app and an email to your registered address. The offer will appear in your pitches dashboard under “Offer received”.

No. You can accept, decline, or counter any offer. Nothing is binding until you explicitly accept and a signed agreement is in place.

Brands typically set a response window when they make an offer (usually 48–72 hours). You'll see the deadline clearly in the offer card. If the window expires, the offer lapses — the brand can re-issue it if they choose.

We charge 1% of the licensing fee value on every completed deal. That is our entire take. There are no monthly fees, no listing fees, no premium tiers.

Funds settle to your registered bank account within 5 business days of a deal being marked complete in the platform.

Go to Profile → Payout settings in the app and enter your bank account details. We support IMPS/NEFT transfers to Indian bank accounts. International transfers are not supported yet.

Email privacy@karwaanlive.com with the subject line “Account deletion request”. We'll process it within 30 days and confirm via email. Active deals must be resolved or withdrawn first.

Once you submit a pitch, your song details and audio preview are visible to brands actively browsing the marketplace. Your personal contact details (phone, personal email) are never shared with brands without your explicit consent.

Yes. You can withdraw any live pitch from your dashboard at any time, provided it isn't in an active negotiation. Once an offer is in the accepted or signing stage, contact us at support@karwaanlive.com.
