Your submitted audio files, lyrics, and cover art are stored securely on Google Cloud Storage. Access is restricted — only Karwaanlive team members and prospective brand partners (after you have submitted a pitch) can access your files. You can delete any submission at any time from within the app, and we will remove it from our servers within 30 days.
Our website uses cookies to remember your preferences and analyse traffic. We use privacy-respecting analytics tools. You can opt out of non-essential cookies by adjusting your browser settings. The mobile app does not use cookies.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it (e.g., financial records related to completed deals, which we retain for 7 years as required by Indian accounting regulations).

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest for sensitive files, bcrypt password hashing, and rate-limiting on all API endpoints. We conduct regular security audits. Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password for your account.
Karwaanlive is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at privacy@karwaanlive.com and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
